(Type WRA-1) Water Reducer is a polymeric fluid loss, showing its properties during fishing cementing works by structuring the cement paste and water retention in the bulk solution

Type WRA-1 Water Reducer can increase water-reducing ratio about 20%, can increase compressive strength (1d) 45 to 100% in the age at 20oC, within 3 days can reach 70% of compressive strength(28d) of benchmark concrete, can increase compressive strength 30 to 50% at 28 day.

 

 

After using type WRA-1 Water Reducer, the performances of tensile strength, breaking strength, permeability resisting, frost resistant, capability of bonding steel bar, carbonization resisting, are improved effectively.


Using type WRA-1 Water-reducer into steam-cured concrete, demoulded strength can be increase 40% or more. After steam-cured, the concrete strength at 28day can be increased about 20%, the steaming period can be reduced 1/3 or the temperature can be lowered about 20 degree C.

When mixing type WRA-1 Water Reducer into the cement, and not increasing the water quantity, the slump constant of concrete can be increased from 2-5cm to 15-25cm, and the strength does not fall. When using Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into Calcium Aluminate Cement to make refractory concrete, clearly to increase the concrete strength at high temperature. The goods will not cause any blight for the concrete.

Recommended mixed quantity:
usual 0.5 to 1.0% of cement weight,
for high-strength concrete, 0.8 to 1.2%.
